For the Burgers
- Season the Wagyu beef patties with salt and pepper
- Place a saute pan onto the stovetop, add 1 tbsp. of cooking oil, and set the heat to medium-high. When the oil is hot, carefully place the patties into the pan. Cook for 4 min.
- Flip the patties and top each with a slice of Cheddar cheese. Cover the pan and cook for 3-5 more min, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your liking. Turn off the heat.
For the Sausages

Pat the chicken sausages dry with a paper towel and prick in a few places with a fork if desired.

Place a nonstick saute pan onto the stovetop, add 1 tbsp. of cooking oil, and set the heat to medium-high. When the oil is hot, carefully add the sausages and cook for 2-3 min, or until lightly browned on all sides, turning occasionally.

Cook the sausages for 5-6 min after flipping. Transfer to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm until ready to serve.

For the Ribs and Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400* Convection or 425* conventional
- Cook the ribs and the sous vide chicken thighs at the same time. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place onto the lined baking sheet. Remove the chicken from the package and place onto the lined and greased baking sheet. Place both baking sheets into the oven for 18 min. Carefully remove the baking sheets and unwrap the foil from the ribs.
- Spread half the Carolina barbecue sauce over the ribs and spread half the smokey barbecue sauce over the chicken.
- Keep the ribs uncovered and return both baking sheets to the oven. Cook for 4-5 min for the chicken or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
- Continue to bake the ribs for another 1-2 min, or until the sauce has glazed the ribs and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
